With the introduction of the Bear 650, Royal Enfield increased the size of their middleweight portfolio. With a few modifications to make it a scrambler, the bike mostly takes its construction from the Interceptor 650. Here are five things you need to know if you intend to buy one.
Despite using the same chassis as the Interceptor 650, the Royal Enfield Bear 650 receives several cosmetic modifications. The Bear's colour palette is more youthful, but the circular LED headlamp, fuel tank, and general appearance are identical. Additionally, it features a scrambler-like oval panel on the right side. The Bear also has a one-sided, two-in-one exhaust system. Additionally, it utilises the LED indicators used on Royal Enfield motorcycles with a displacement of 450 cc.
